Great vitamins

Great vitamins. I like that vitamins are together with fish oil and saves money to buy them separately.

Not as good as Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman Plus
Not a patch on the old version, Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman Plus. I made the switch for two months and increasingly felt run down. I went back to Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman Plus and felt better after about a week. I can’t account for any other reason, I exercise, spend a lot of time out of doors, haven’t been ill, and eat pretty decently. I won’t be buying any more Seven Seas Omega-3 & Multivitamins Woman.Having said that it’s very individual how one reacts to vitamin preparations. Every time a brand reformulates their products they will lose some as well as gain some customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve become a “vitamin refugee” and needed to head off to pastures new. Why can’t I just eat more veg? If you’re reading vitamin reviews you already know it doesn’t work like that. Some of us just need a little extra in some aspect or another of nutrition in order to be our best selves. It’s trial an error to work out a brand that delivers the extra “oomph” in a way that works out individually. I’m sure that Seven Seas have their reasons for changing their core multivitamin range, but this one’s not for me. To give some praise, I’m glad to see the matt box as it’s more recycling friendly.
