Thankfully, finally a durable push-up board
Really good product – does what it says on the tin! Ordered two different pushup boards before but those were made of cheap plastic. My trainer suggested to go for an ABS one and I hate to admit but Colin you are right again 🙂

Durable strong material (ABS), would highly recommend giving this training aid a try and incorporating it into your fitness regime. The design and handle approach means that it is easier on your wrists (no backwards bending), and you get a far greater range of movement, so can lower your body further than with a standard press-up, so more strain and tension on your body for additional development – Certainly worth a purchase and very sensibly priced.

Overall fitness kit.
Very sturdy and easy to use , using different muscle groups. Strong and robust, the handles fit into the individual holes nice and tight so no movement. An excellent buy.Quality is amazing for its price . So I’d recommend it for sure.
